Please take and share the Washtenaw County Health Department’s 2023 Community Health Survey

Greetings!
The Washtenaw County Health Department invites residents to share what they think about health in our county by taking the Washtenaw County Community Health Survey.
The survey will help the health department, community partners, and local health care providers better understand the needs of our community, establish health priorities, and improve programs and services.
“We want to hear what matters to you when it comes to health,” says Jimena Loveluck, MSW, health officer for the Washtenaw County Health Department.
“This survey gives our community members the opportunity to help shape how we develop strategies to improve health for their families, neighbors, and the entire community. We need your input to help us improve heath and promote health equity in Washtenaw County.”
Adults who live in Washtenaw County are encouraged to complete the anonymous online survey at https://bit.ly/chswash23. The survey is available in English and Spanish. It will be open until April 14, 2023.
The survey focuses on issues such as:
  • access to health care and social services,
  • chronic disease,
  • the impact of COVID-19, and more.
It also includes questions about factors that affect health, including the environment, education, housing, poverty, and racism.
