Parks & Recreation Master Plan Survey

If you haven’t already done so please take the time to fill out the Augusta Township Parks & Recreation Master Plan Survey. The results of this survey will be used to inform the recommendations of the Township’s first Recreation Plan. Your responses will have a direct impact on the future development of parks, trails and recreation services in the community.

It should take less than ten minutes to complete. Please note that your responses are completely confidential. The survey will remain open for responses until midnight on Sunday, October 17, 2021. If you prefer to complete a paper version of the survey, hard copies are available at the Township Offices. Completed hard copies must be submitted by Friday, October 15th to be included in the survey results.
