Housing Rehabilitation Program announcement

The Washtenaw County Office of Community & Economic Development (OCED) Housing Rehabilitation Program can help eligible Washtenaw County homeowners with home improvements including:

• Emergency Furnace Replacements
• Emergency Water Heater Replacements
• Roof Replacements
• Accessibility Ramp Installations (re-instituted in April 2018)
