Augusta Township Parks & Recreation Master Plan Survey

Thank you for taking the time to help us better understand the recreation needs for Augusta Township. The results of this survey will be used to inform the recommendations of the Township’s first Recreation Plan. Your responses will have a direct impact on the future development of parks, trails, and recreation services in the community.

The survey should take less than ten minutes to complete. Please note that your responses are completely confidential. The survey will remain open for responses until midnight on Sunday, October 17, 2021. If you prefer to complete a paper version of the survey, hard copies are available at the Township Offices. Completed hard copies must be submitted by Friday, October 15, to be included in the survey results.
