Augusta Charter Township – Curb Appeal Cleanup Program

Applies to all property throughout the township beginning Monday, August 4, 2025

Curb appeal is the attractiveness of the exterior of a residential or commercial property, as viewed from the street.

This Curb Appeal Cleanup Program addresses the condition and overall upkeep of property, buildings and structures as well as vehicles, trash and debris within the Township. It is being implemented to help residents to follow the Blight Ordinance 2017-03 and Property Maintenance Code 17-06.

Please see some options below of vendors that are willing to help residents with this project. You should reach out to them yourselves to inquire of their services to support residents who need assistance maintaining their property. These companies and people are not paid by, employed by or affiliated with Augusta Charter Township in any way and the use of their services is at the discretion of the resident. The Township is not responsible for any work done by the listed resources, they are being provided as a convenience.

IMPORTANT: Regularly complaint driven, beginning Monday, August 4, 2025, all parcels throughout the township will be required to comply with these ordinances: Blight Ordinance 17-03 and the Property Maintenance Code 17-06. They will be strictly enforced.
