The Treasurerīs Office no longer accepts postmarks as proof of on-time payment Winter Taxes Due February 14 However, 2009 Winter Taxes may be paid thru February 16, 2010 without interest or penalty due to the holiday. Winter Taxes Become Delinquent February 28 However, 2009 winter taxes may be paid thru March 1, 2010 without becoming delinquent due to the weekend. Unpaid taxes become delinquent and will be forwarded to the County Treasurer on March 2, 2010. Personal Property Taxes Become Delinquent February 28 2009 Personal Property Taxes may be paid on March 1, 2010 without becoming delinquent due to the weekend. Dog Licenses: All dogs living in Washtenaw County are required to be licensed by the County. You may purchase a dog license at the Washtenaw County Treasurerīs Office, or on-line at the County Treasurer's website.
